If an email cannot be delivered, even after repeated attempts, this could be due to the following reasons:

You have a typo in the email address - this is a very common reason.
The contact person of the business partner has left the company and the email address has been deleted.
Your contact person's mailbox is full.
The recipient's mail server is not online and therefore cannot accept emails.
The recipient's mail server is set incorrectly and cannot accept emails.

In some cases relatico will attempt to deliver the message several times. Then you will see the yellow status.
