Message types in relatico
You can send these types of messages via relatico:
Simple message (without file request)
You should use this type of message whenever you communicate with your contacts if you want your message and the response from your business partner to be tracked in relatico.
Message with file request
With this type of message, you can collect missing files using a checklist. Your contact will then return files directly to the folder in which they belong (regardless of whether by email or by direct upload.)
relatico sends these messages by itself:
File verification message to contact - single file
Relatico automatically sends this type of message when files are to be checked.
Collective message for file verification
Relatico automatically sends this type of message if several files are to be checked.
