Effortless File Collection
With the Effortless File Collection option, you can easily request files from your business partners via any communication channel of your choice.
To do this:
Go to a folder of your choice
Click on folder Actions
Choose Effortless File Collection
In the modal, you can either:
Copy Link: which provides a no log in option for uploading files
or
Copy Email: to which your contactsSome readersSubfolders in relatico
Here is a detailed view of how subfolders work in relatico:
All of the files and folders will show up here in a hierarchical order. Only the top level folders and files that belong to My Relatico will be visible.
Filtering:
When you filter, the folders and files will appear in a flat list (all of the files and folders in the system will appear based on the filter).

To ease your work in relatico, we have implemented Bulk Actions, which you can use to edit your data in bulk whenever you are on My Relatico or in a folder/file list.

Select folders that you would like to share with your business partners.
Select Share folders from the bulk actions

How to create a new folder:
Go to https://app.relatico.com/folders folders
Click ++ Add Folder ++ in the top right.
A window opens in which you can choose whether
it is a contact folder
or a folder just for yourself or for other internal purposes.
If it is a folder that is only assigned to you:
In this case you see your name in the upper field and you can leave it there.
In the field below, enter a name for the folder and
Save.

Sharing folders is useful for many different purposes:
With employees / colleagues:
If employees of your team, who do not work in your relatico account, but should see some or all of your files
When other locations of your company need access or need to work with your files.
When other departments of your company need access or need to work with your files.

Subscribing to folders is useful if you are working in a team, want to reduce the noise and only log in when specific activity has occured.
Here is how you can subscribe to any folder.
Access any of your folders (personal or folders that have been shared with you)
Click on Actions
Select ++Subscribe to folder++
A window will open, giving you a chance to select what types of events you'd like to be notified of and how ofFew readersSharing a folder with a shareable llnk
Sharing a folder with a shareable link
Go to the folder you want to share.
Go to the share menu - click the button ++ Share folder ++ in the top right
A window opens. Now click on ++ Get shareable link ++ in the top right corner.
After clicking it, you will see the link and other options.
Copy and save this link or send it to the recipient (s) by email or via relatico message.Few readersUnderstanding folders
