Can I change the file format of a file in relatico?

When you upload a file, the file format is fixed.

You cannot change this in relatico.

This is because relatico uses the file formats / file extensions to decide whether they can be previewed or not.

If you have a file in the system with an incorrect file extension, please do the following:
download the file
delete the file in relatico
Edit the file on your computer so that the file extension is correct
and upload the file again and assign it with expiry dates and reminders if necessary
