How does relatico count your files?

How we count the files in your relatico account

The count is based on two elements:


1. All files that you see on your homepage after logging in:

Current
Expiring soon
Expired
Without a date

such as

2. the deleted files (trash)

together make up the number of your files in the account.


You can permanently delete deleted files and thus completely remove them from your account. These will no longer be counted.

If business partners share folders or files with you (visible in "Shared with me"), these do not count unless you actively copy files from here to the folder in your relatico account.

As the person responsible for the account, you can see the total number of files in your account at any time in your account settings:
