Sharing a folder with a shareable link
How to do it:
Go to the folder you want to share.
Go to the share menu - click the button Share folder in the top right
A window opens. Now click on Get shareable link in the top right corner.
After clicking it, you will see the link and other options.
Copy and save this link or send it to the recipient (s) by email or via relatico message.
Additional safety functions
You can also create a password for the folder. You must then notify the recipient of the password.
You can also create an expiration date for the link. After this date, the link can no longer be accessed.
Undo folder sharing via link:
Go to the folder you want to share.
Go to the share menu - click the button Share folder in the top right
A window opens. Now click on Remove shareable link in the top right corner.
The content of the folder can no longer be accessed via the link.
Important: Anyone who has this link can see and download the files in the folder.
